introduction and request for Tresette Sprint Manuals

Post by L.A.kevin »

Hi All,

I'm Kevin Seiler, in Los Angeles, CA. USA. I have a few Moto Guzzis, some British and German bikes, and a Benelli 175. I'm lucky enough do much of my own work.

I'm considering a '58 tresette sprint purchase. I'm looking for availability of parts manuals, gasket sets, and the usual stuff you need when getting a new bike. I understand that North Leicester MC has some items for the later v-twins, but it doesn't appear they have the earlier stuff. Any leads would be appreciated.

Scans of the parts manuals would be particularly helpful.

I know there is a rider's manual available at http://www.rpw.it/Documentazione.htm

thanks,

Kevin

Hi Kevin, North Leicester Motorcycles will have a lot of stock not listed on their website; Rob, who runs the spares department, is an encyclopedia of knowledge and very helpful.

There's also Alex Luzzi in Italy who seems to have an enormous stock of parts and spares. You'll find his email address somewhere in the 'for sale' section of this site.

Good luck with the Morini ownership! Regards, Mark.
