I like the look of the SCR.

16 dealers in the UK now, including one in Norn Iron. Need one in Newcassel, one in Cambridge and one in North Dorset to fill in the gaps, plus one in Wales and another in Norn Iron.

I hope they will all be trained up to work on the 1200s, and stock service items.

I see there are plans for an 800 twin. I wonder if this will be the KTM 790 engine? I believe it was (now an 890) made in China by CFMoto, if anybody can confirm. That had about 100 horses, too.

And for those who like traditional media - printed in last Wednesdays printed edition...

The verdict - good value for money and well made, if a little heavy / slow; but I don't ride much above the legal limit these days and so the only issue there might be the overtakes (oh yes, we still do those...)

Good riding,

CC
