Does anyone have any experience with new pick-ups on the market for the 3 1/2?
I don't want to replace the whole igniton system since what I've got works for the moment and I thought I might have a go at building my own black boxes in case one day I need spares.
It seems to be possible to get the components and a circuit diagram (though there seem to be two -

What about the pick-ups?
There's the Marcus Heilig one mentioned on the Dutch website and the NLM one. Does anyone have any experience of either of these? Will they work ok with the old transducers? (black boxes with green stickers)
