Looks like it was last used in UK in 1995 (judging by tax disc) and has NLM stickers on it.

Very nice bike. . . .The write-up says it's taken out to 460cc. Was this part of the Valentini kit I wonder. It looks to have cyl heads from a 500 and round slide carbs. Interesting rear sets too. . . .
