The Red Baron LSR finishes the 2023 race season in 2nd Place in the SCTA Motorcycle Championship (out of the 64 motorcycle race teams in competition for the championship).
In addition, we placed 4th Over-All in the Ca/ Bike combined rankings ( out of this season 170 total listed entrants).
People at the track are always asking, "What kind of bike is that?" when they see how fast it is.....
Amy and I are proud of our efforts this year as we managed set 3 records in the 5 race outings for 2023, and we did it with our "One Run and Done!"
philosophy .
Namely, show up well prepared and run it hard down the track one time, and take the results (assuming no mechanical issues).
It save an enormous amount of wear and tear on the bits over flogging the machine over and over with rare improvement over the first run of the day.
Reliability is more important than ragged raw power in going for season championships when you think about it.
