In my growing collection of old magazines featuring the 3½ I have a March 1987 Performance Bikes featuring an article about the "Anfo 350". Written by Classic Bike's Rupert Paul, the cover says "Morini turbo - is he mad?"
The bike was fitted with an IHI turbo, single Dell' Orto 34mm carb, water injection and patented suspension - the rear has three pivots, reminding me of a similar (I think?) Laverda attempt. The whole bike isn't dissimilar to a supermoto, looks-wise.
Anyroadup, does anyone know where this bike or owner are now? Apparently he used to race it, too. Maybe someone remembers seeing it/him on the track? I'm just curious, that's all.
Cheers,
DD

Well, after over 70 views and no replies, I'm starting to think this guy and his amazing bike just disappeared into thin air ...

Something in the back of my mind makes me think he sold it and moved to Mexico many years ago.
