Hi !
I have tried to syncronize the throttlebodies on my Morini 9 1/2 ( not very sucessful - i must admit)
I just followed the instructions - but the result wasnt so good.

I have to try once more - any thricks that makes it easier?

" Use the vacuummeter to check witch of the to intake galleries that have the highest vacuum pressure - and react on the corresponding screw -witouth adjusting the intake with lowest vacuum pressure. "

when I adjusted - i opened the screw a little - to level the vacuum in both galleries - hopefully this is correct ?

I start wonder if one of the two throttle bodies gets " false air" - anybody that have experienced that

The engine starts "puffing" a lot afterwards - have I used wrong procedure here ?

anybody that has any experice to share with me :-)

Hello,

If I remember correctly, you should screw in both screws to the stop and then only adjust one screw.

I have attached two screenshot from the Milano manual...

The quality is poor due to site limitations. If you have difficulty reading the screenshot let me know and I'll attempt to change the quality.

Lykke til...

Mike

Problem solved :-)
The rubber tube between the intake and the throttle body on the rear sylinder was not properly fastened. -with “false air” as a result.
When this was sorted -the synchronization process was successful - and the engine react very well on the adjustment. :-)

Still I think the injection should be tuned some areas around 3 000 rpm - 4000 rpm where the bike don’t run smooth
I don’t have any experience with software upgrade - anyone that know what’s needed ? - and does Ducati workshops have what’s needed
The ECU are similar to some for the ducc bikes.

Look for TuneEcu, they have maps. Others may be available.
