Relays get hot

Hey! I have some problems with rough running in my 9 1/2. You can read about it in Corsaro topic. I have Tune ecu diagnos program. It shows various fault codes. When inspecting vehicle I noticed that fuel pump relay and nearly all other relays get very hot. Also voltage regulator is quite hot. (voltage when riding is between 13-14,1 v) So, does your bikes electronic components get hot? And how hot is too much? When I take off the fuel relay, its metal parts are too hot to touch. Well, we have had unordinary hot weather here, but still...
