Should both headlights be on for full beam?

Post by Jambo »

Hi everyone,

Long story short, getting the bike back on the road after being parked up for a couple of years and sorting out some minor issues.

Both my headlamps work however I was sure that high beam used both lights. The right one comes on for the low beam but goes off when switched to high beam and the left one comes on. I understand that they are single filament bulbs but any other twin headlight bike I've had with this setup uses both lights for high beam with the low beam remaining on.

Is this normal for the Corsaro or do I have an issue?

Thanks,
Jamie

Few things, High beam will only come on if the engine is running. Low beam will switch itself off after about 30 sec if you dont start the engine ( side lights in both stay on). Low beam switched off when High is selected.

Thanks for the information. Thankfully one less issue.
