Part pending

Post by BikeMotor »

Hello!

I am Paul, I was the happy owner of my dreambike a Granpasso. I bought in september and it is lots of fun to drive. Until it didn't. After a bit of research the part where the starterclutch makes the crank spin is worn out. And now it does not run anymore.
I do not know what the part is called, but someone ordered it. I think.. but that is almost 4 months ago now and I haven't riden since.
I am now the sad owner of a Granpasso. Could anyone help me?
Someone i can contact. Or do i have to abbandon this exotic italian s***show?

Kind regards with a touch of sadness,

Paul

Hello Paul,

You can try Ben Wylie of MotoHub in the UK, one of the few places outside of Italy that knows about these machines.
He was Moto Morini importer into the UK.

The importer that now handles all the spares outside of Italy is Moto Mondo
and they are based in the Netherlands, and i think dealer orders have to go via them now.

I hope MotoMondo can help. My experience is not good. You will need to go through a dealer.

Looks like there are six dealers in NL.
