front axle dart 400

I have fitted new tires on the Dart 400

After reassembling the frontaxle it seems like the frontwheel is not turning completly freely.

A 1/4 turn back is much better.
A spacer missing ???
Didnt see one by dismantling
Is that correct ?

Nope there is no spacer. Make sure when you tighten the axle up the pinch bolt on the caliper side fork leg is undone, them bounce the front end a few times to settle the forks and finally tighten up the pinch bolt.
