SCOTLAND TRIP & MEETING
As some of the BB&O section have history going to the Scottish Camping Weekends in Glen Coe in the '80s there is the idea we may drop in on the glen on the Saturday of the weekend of 11-12th September. If you are interested in a meet, let us know here on the forum, or contact me direct.

Everyone who has contacted me direct, thanks. It's nice to see interest in this one, and probably it will start by meeting south of the glen on the Saturday morning and having a ride-in to a specified place in the glen, then meet up with anyone who has gone direct to the glen. Followed by the usual chatting around motorcycles, people and refreshments.

Been late cartching up with my reading. I’m interested in popping along. I’m in Aberdeen area.

Cheers

The Scottish National Road Rally is the weekend prior, too. Clashes with the AGM, though.

This looks like fun - not too late in the year and very do-able after the AGM the week before in the Peak District.

We've already booked part of the trip and just working out some details for the remainder - it'll be great to see some of our Scottish friends, having failed to get up to the show this year! We'll be on the Morini, of course (hopefully the GP)

Good riding,

CC

I presume you will take the middle route up the Pennines as you have a week to get to Glencoe? Some great riding that way and it avoids the Motorway.

We'll steer clear of the motorways for sure. The pennines are beautiful riding :D

Hi All,
Just to say this meet-up is getting near, also it's definitely happening. If you are interested in coming and being part of "Team Morini" on the day you certainly won't be on your own.

I hope you avoided the worst of the weather and the little bicycle race in the Borders.

See you Saturday!

Better iron my t-shirt.
