Lets hope all will be well by August 2021. I first went to Mona's Isle for the 1971 TT, so a 50th anniversary trip has been pencilled in for some time. We could try contacting Sheila Chris ;)

Hi,

Since my last message, the things didn't really get better.
As many could expect, we had taken te decision to postpone our event to 2021.
You will find below more details.
Keep safe, friends.

Such a shame Francois. I was really looking forward to it. I had 10 days in France last May (down to Lac de Vassiviere) and so enjoyed riding on great D roads for most of the trip. That was on a Kawsaki ER6n though. My Morini got me to Dijon and back for the Coupes Moto Legend in 2012 , so I was pretty sure that this trip would be within its capabilities. Mine, however, are not what they used to be, but I hope to join you and some MRC people next year.

Au revoir et courage mes braves!

Thank you for your kind words, my boy.
I remember well that first time with MRC in Dijon, a great but too short evening.
The hotel where you had bokked was stupidly closing too early…
A good batch of you had attended Tancarville in April 2017 and I was in Kent in June 2018.
More recently we had good chat in Novegro last November with some of yours.
I had planned to be at CadwellPark next July, but…
Keep safe, friends.

Let’s look forward then to next year. If I ever get to Prenois again I shall aim to use a tent to avoid any “conflict of interest”.
All the best John

Indeed Francois, it has been a pleasure to meet up with you in the UK, France and Italy over the past few years; so lets do our best to get together again in 2021 in France.

The venue sounds fantastic, and as long as we avoid the Paris Ring Road (we shall be riding down from Calais) I'm cleared to bring a pillion. If it's towards the end of May it might even be possible to combine it with a trip down to Italy or the south of France!

Best wishes, and stay safe...
