Hi Mike,

I have two bikes entered my 350 Strada and a 9 1/2
I've been to the event for the last two years and its a great day out.
All proceeds go to Notts & Lincs Air Ambulance so everyone is a winner.
Hope to see you there.

Regards

Paul

Hi Paul,

I'll wear a red rose in my lapel.... :)

Might bring the Kanguro.

Just sent off my entry. Hope this drought finishes soon.

Hi Mike,

Good to see you today even if the weather was a little unkind.
With three Morini's at the event we can hope that next year we might manage 4/5 or even 6.
See you on the way down to Dijon later in the month.

Regards

Hi Paul,

Good to meet you and your son, hope he is changing gear with the gear lever now and not the rear brake!

Yes, another enjoyable ride on the Morini. I took a funny way back. No sat-nag, maps or owt. Went up to Louth past Cadewell (what a lovely road) then across to Gainsborough, then up to Goole, Selby, Tadcaster, Wetherby and the back lanes home. Not a single motorway. Came across a lot of bikes returning from East Kirkby and a couple of BMWs (matching panniers, topboxes etc) who were a little miffed to be overtaken by a 30 year old 500, but only caught me up at a set of traffic lights, then had to blast away to show me. Anyway, they turned off for Newark (an anagram, and very apt I thought!).

Looking forward to Dijon, bike service next week.

Hi Mike,

Your route home via Horncastle and past Cadwell to Louth is my normal commute.
Your decision to miss the motorways was a good one as your journey can often seem shorter when you have some bends to enjoy.
If you can get time off come over to our track day and stay over for the AGM.
I'm planning a ride out on the Saturday morning which will take in some of the roads you were on yesterday.
Camping is free at the Waggon & Horses or if you don't do camping I can recommend a good B&B in Louth at £30.00a night including your breakfast.
We should have a good turnout for both days and the ride out is always fun particularly as you don't have the chance to ride with other Morinis very often.

Regards

Paul
