My bike is running VHBZ25B with pod filters and a two into one exhaust, it is now a 400cc however.
I am running 50 slide, needle top notch, 120 mains, 260 needle, idle 48, it works very well, as a 350 it was on 115 main and needle middle notch.

Ducati clutches are noisy, but my Morini clutches are not, not sure what is going on with yours Weevee, but it's not normal. Sorry not to be more helpful.

I posted on the 500 recently because of very ongoing ignition problems, swapped the NLM set-up for original parts and the bike is transformed.

Norbert, you would not be starting this one with your left leg I promise you, it has to be on the stand or no chance, Harry the carbs have been in bits more times than I can remember, most things replaced, the band is only used when the engine is warm, not when the chokes are used.
