The worn parts have done many miles, more than anybody will put on the old clunkers between now and being banned, so 'stocking up' means fewer for others to obtain with a consequent price rise. Did you horde toilet rolls in 2020?

As the discs are floating did you replace the centres as well as the outer disc? The bobbins may be worn?

Yes, that is the code. See below - I do not understand whether a K 350 can have either A or K or A/K stamped as there is no explanation on the site. However, my '81 K has a 'K' on the crankcase.

Nothing adds up. If it has a K frame then it should have electric start. The engine casing suggests otherwise. The K had more rear set pegs with a linkage to the gear lever. Does it actually have a generator (2 yellow wires)? If it was a racer it might just have a magneto coil for the ignition under...
