125 KJ Speedometer Cable
The morini part number is 46.03.54
It may well be common with other 1980s Kanguros....
Thanks, Andrew

OHLINS REAR SHOCK
Buon giorno a tutti, In case anyone needs one, and does not want to pay 1000 euros for the privilege, I place this link for the sale of a 'slightly used' Gran Passo OHLINS rear shock absorber available in Italy. Apparently the seller bought it for another Morini but the specs are wrong - anyway it i...

Nice looking 9.5 on Subito.it at the moment. Seems to have been a special order and is fitted with scrambler pipes. Interesting colours too.

Dear GP owners. I had this issue the other day and it might be worth relaying my experience in case you have not yet carried out what should be a simple chore. Note that the process described in the owner's handbook says to remove 3 cross-head screws from the rear of the light unit and then remove t...

I'd agree with Steve too. Don't delay - buy a GP! My GP is, literally, awesome and makes my KTM 950 Adv sound like a washing machine. The KTM is still more practical on the washed-out tracks of the high Apennine mountains, though. I am still adding extras to make the GP more tour-able as in Italy bi...

Re: Performance chip for passo
Lordy, my GP is already a much better bike than I am a rider - the last thing I need is a re-map! But perhaps that's because I have been bought up on a diet of Guzzi tractors all me life... Not done any rim changes however, I have just bolted on a Hepco Becker rear rack and can thoroughly recommend ...

Hi Painter - love to see some pics of your mods when you have a moment. I am just about to fit a higher Givi Screen to mine as the standard does not offer enough protection IMHO.

Scramblers for Sale in Italy
Buon Giorno a Tutti, There are a couple of bikes in Subito.it - in case anyone is looking for one - as there don't seem to be any in the UK ads presently. One is in a shop in Rome - about 2.5 hrs north of me; http://www.subito.it/moto-e-scooter/moto-morini-scrambler-2009-roma-191050371.htm http://ww...

Re: eBay GP Dec 2016
Yes, welcome fellow newbie. It sounds as if you are already experiencing the varied wonders of GP ownership. Though I have not experienced the auto engine start facility. Was it an optional extra? :) Mine seems to fuel ok when cold but certainly improves when warm, then I only get the occasional 'no...

I hope that is not the case Chris but if so I'll have to think up a modification....
