just a announcement my 1978 3-1/2 sport passed its MOT today after being off the road for months

my 1978 sport has a flasher/horn rocker button on the handle bars for horn and headlight main beam flashing. should it have a relay in the wiring harness for head light flasher?

on my 1978 3-1/2 sport after fitting a new headlight with shell ( not a morini headlight) the blue light near the handle bars comes on, dim on main beam and brighter on high beam is that normal?. the horn button works its the oringinal horn! but not the flasher will not work. should that year of mor...

i have,nt checked the wiring yet. i did,nt think morini 3-1/2s had oil pressure switches ?. i am now thinking it is to do with the battery charging system,when the red light is on it is not charging the battery?

the red light on my 1978 3-1/2 sport stays on when the engine is running. is that ok ? if it is ok why is it on when its running ?

i think i need a couple of grease nipples for the swing arm pivot bolt for my 1978 3-1/12 sport do you know the dia and pitch of the thread of the grease nipple, so i can source grease nipples locally.

can i fit bigger front tyres to my 3-1/2 sport ? i have 3.60 h 18 front tyre in my shed doing nothing ! the one on the bike now is a 3.25 h 18 front which i will need replace in the next couple of week

can anyone tell me the sizes of fork seals for my 1978 3-1/2 sport. if i have the sizes i may be able to find them locally from a seal/bearing company

thanks paul thats great i did,nt know that . i will take the wheel out and shocks off and adjust with the swing arm by itself no extra weight .

there is play on the swing arm of my 1978 3-1/2 sport.the hole swing arm moves side to side at the pivot point of the swing arm. can you tell me what is wrong i do not think it is the bushes. do they have spacers or washers on the spindal that need replacing

i need the chrome headlight reflector (the part that reflects the light out of the headlight from the bulb) for my 1978 3-1/2 sport can any one help ?
