On the Corsaro it's situated behind the headlight fairing, one of a bank of three.

I believe that you can do it from the menu in the dash. Try scrolling through and see if anything jumps out.

They do have rev limiters and can be quite aggressive when they kick in. This should protect the engine from excessive revs for short periods.

I seem to recall that the 'notches' are inside the recess along the top edge. Nicely shadowed so that they are tricky to see. That reminds me, I need to adjust my chain also. Guess that's a job for the weekend.
