i may be wrong on this but 6k 0n the rev counter would propably be full advance on the ignition, iam, sure ive tried this when had probs similar to what you describe ,i fitterd a slack timing belt and the the timing marks were jumping around, try another belt , if you have one just a thought. muller

this happend on mine , drips out of the rocker breathers after a run short or long , got fed up looking at it so just ignored it , then it stopped doing it , front pot more so prob because its in the air stream and cools more than the back a certain amount of water or mouisture is not uncommon , i u...

you can remove it , as i have done to get at the tiny return hole as it was blocked, i cant recall if they were allen bolts or phillips screws holding it on as previouse , it was stubborn, hope this helps. muller.

whats on the road

anyone have the figures on how many morini 350s are registerd and on the road in the uk , not on sorn but in use , maybe a fellow club member has the answer , never seen another when ive been out in the usual biker hot spots, thanks muller.

have to agree with davel, my k1sport gave the feel of oversteer or falling in on corners, it was worse when i first got the bike , changed the front tyre to a narrow size and sorted the back shocks out by fitting hagons re instated the steering damper replaced the fork springs with good used ones i ...

just a word of caution on the tight belt , i fitted one on a new timing pulley from nlm , i had to force the belt on , very tight , engine ran like a dog , lots of probs its obvious after the event , that the new crank pulley had changed the tolerances the a b or c went out the window, had to try a ...

for what its worth , as i can make out the loaned pair of carbs run fine , the rebuilt ones are identical body, jets , slide etc, but bike runs poor , i would look at the floats its not fueling right set them so they stop just before it floods out into the air box then you can be sure its got enough...

if the bike is fitted with a kill switch, mine has one , i would disconect it , it could be faulty, check the wires to ignition switch are correct having replaced the parts you have listed it should spark, best of luck. muller.

cant comment on the science , but I have tried all sorts of different combinations of exhaust pipes and silencers mostly backyard type knock ups , the length of downpipe doesn't seem to make any difference as long as they extend further than the balance pipe, iam running a two into one open mega at ...

i would check condition of cable if in doubt replace, have a look at the adjustment on the engine the arm shouldnt touch the caseing , usually when the the engine gets hot you get more slack in the cable adjust at the bar lever end for a bit of free play , there not easiest things to set up i admit,...
