I believe Ariel square 4 shells (1000cc) might be worth investigating. The inner diameter of the big end eye is 1.5002-7 so same as the Morini 500 and the standard crank big end journal is 1.375”/34.925mm. They are easily available eg from Dragonfly.

If anyone is still looking for an exhaust nut wrench could I recommend the ones produced by Rick Stemp? I received mine yesterday and it fits nicely and is a good thickness. The thread about them was in the “for sale” section. No connection etc!

Your reply to Pat's comment - a little terse perhaps? If the dipstick isn't sealing properly, the symptoms are as you describe.
