So far all is OK with Benelli ownership ... well sort of. The clocks failed after 30miles and the bike fell off its stupidly upright side stand. So under warranty a new set of clocks were fitted and a new mirror aquired. Took the 1130 around Cadwell on a sunny sunday and its 100% different to the C...

Have you checked the free play in your rubber "cush" dirive in the rear wheel? I had mine replaced under warranty a around 2,000miles as i could rotate the rear wheen 10mm when in gear. The rubber drive should be tight mine was loose... This took some of the jerky ride out. Dec 2008 updgr...

A friend of mine had to return his Tornado and changed it for a Cagiva Xtra... the bloody Benelli locked up twice and even the dealer couldn't fix the bike no more...

GOOD LUCK with the Benhelli (as my buddy calls it).

PVC; When I first had the Corsaro I rode it in for miles in a downpour (very heavy rain) and it ran perfectly. The only problem was water in the headlamp dip switch which gave me main and dipped beam together. Powerwashing obviously puts the water in areas where the aerodynamics keep it out? :wink:...
