Bike is now sold.. Its a sad day for me but hopefully the start of a new life for the bike where it will get the use, care and attention that it deserves..
Maybe one day circumstances will allow me to get another..In the meantime good luck to Miguel with his new toy..

Re: Morini Granpasso 1200
I am still in two minds about parting with it as I know I won't find anything like it ...... Sadly, lack of a contract means making some changes and the GP is going to be a casualty....sorry I beat you to it....it's been a great bike / owning experience.....

Re: Leaking coolfluid
I replaced my hose clips with jubilee clips .. as said, they only leak when first starting up ( I presume the hose is only open while the engine is cold)but at least this way you can check and prevent it reoccurring

Re: Indicators
Thanks..I have just checked the No7 fuse, and it is fine, not blown... removing it disconnects the stop lamps ( which are working fine ) so there is power getting to the fuzes, and the indicator bulbs work because when the hazards are switched on they all flash just fine..so its looking more and mor...

Re: Indicators
well mine have stopped working altogether... although they still work when you use the hazard warning switch?? I also dont seem to have anything at the Mode switch so either the whole unit on the bars is faulty or maybe there is an ECU fault ? what do you folks reckon??

I sold my 990 to buy the Morini.. I wouldn't really fancy swapping back...but could be persuaded to sell as I am about to move house and its looking like I will have nowhere to keep the bike..

Re: Exhaust seals
well my homemade seals on the Cat appear to have worked ( for how long remains to be seen..) . the silencer seal spat itself out all over the shock, so I ended up using an adjustable sleeve that they use on Audi cars...Dismantled and cut to length it seems to have fixed the problem....at least the b...
