Paul (evguru) did a marvellous job with my 350 rotor a few years ago!
Good luck,
John.

Re: Clutch locking tool and seal size
I use a Motion Pro clutch holding tool.
It’s ajustable so will fit other bikes.

Re: Panniers
If you look on this forum under 'projects' I posted some panniers I made from scrap materials!
I've noticed Krauser racks and panniers can be reasonable on ebay and the'yre quite adaptable.

Re: 350 Panniers
Thanks George. They’re made of scrap materials I found in skips.... except for rivets, silicon, latches and some craven qd mountings. The size was dictated by the original box and position allows for a pillion. I mounted the indicators on a bit of steel tube I found. The box was conveniently pre-dis...

Re: Sheared bolts and bearing holders.
Drift the bearing cups out with a piece of solid bar or a substantial screwdriver (the type where the steel goes up through to the top of the handle). Should be an article in the next (or the one following that) issue of Classic Bike.

Re: Some spare 350 spares
hello Andrew,
I'm interested in the tank, I'm guessing it will fit our 77 strada (with leaky tank). Is it possible to send photos.
Thanks,
John.

Re: Timing belt in Cheshire
I made a flywheel holder by cutting a hole in a piece of plywood (for access to the central flywheel nut). Then I put 3 bolts around the hole to slot in the three holes in the flywheel (some have two but same principle). This held the flywheel so I could undo the nut. Next - important - mark the pul...

Re: Morini 1980 350 issues.
I see EV guru mentions faulty tachos can cause problems. I have to run mine disconnected because it cuts out whichever cylinder I plug it in to. What does this mean?

Just made a 15 mile test ride. Lovely sunny day on the coast road towards Lands End. Clutch smooth and controlable. Thanks for all the advice.

Re: 350 clutch shim
I've fitted a new 'spider' (dark grey plastic thrust washer)which took up all the end float and then a shim (tried different thickness 'till it was just right) gave just enough clearance to allow free movement of the clutch. I then checked the clutch actuating arm on the opposite side of the motor. ...
