Re: so hoping to become a owner

Hello Nathan, I have an 07 Veloce in red……I have updated the maps to both the standard and race ecu’s and have a pcIII fitted with a quick shifter they are great bikes to ride and having owned 2 TNT’s can say definitely more reliable than my Benelli’s you won’t find it hard to track down workshop ma...

Re: ebi,s map

took the Morini out for a long ride today and have to say that the 23ACMOL49D (UK) map is superb, very smooth when dribbling along at 30mph then when you hit a good road the torque from 2500rpm is stunning, prior to remapping the difference between my V4 Tuono and the Veloce was very noticeable but ...

Re: intermitent starting

I considered it being a side stand problem on the Tuono when it was giving me grief, but deduced that even if the side stand switch was faulty as long as the bike was in neutral it shouldn't have mattered therefore the bike couldn't be in neutral even when the dash light showed it was, luckily it tu...

Re: intermitent starting

I am not totally convinced that it is the ECU, normally they just stop working then you lose loads of functions, including the dash display ....but then stranger things have happened and NLM are very good with oodles of experience, so maybe they are in fact spot on................. as a thought have...

Re: Front spoiler/belly pan

I don't know if its worth talking to these people......http://conquestcarbon.com/product/motom ... belly-pan/ I had some Benelli panels from them a few years ago and they were good quality, they may well be convinced to mould a Corsaro belly pan if there is interest

Re: ebi,s map

Wasn't over impressed by the 23AVMOR95C (D) map seemed lumpy around 2200rpm so changed it to the 23ACMOL49D (UK) on initial test ride it seems smoother at the bottom end no noticeable difference in power had to trim Co's to -12 to get a steady idle hopefully this map will improve the smell of exhaus...

Re: Intermittent coolant blasting out from overflow tank

hello X1er on the first image you can see Ive marked 2 lines (to show you) where I keep my coolant level, on the second picture it shows the expansion pipe from the rad it is important that the coolant level is always above this pipe as it relies on a vacuum within the circuit created by the coolant...

Best Map for UK?

Looked at my map on the standard ECU and it was loaded with the 2333MOL1249 map (2007.01.15) it ran well started well and never stalled, but after a ride I stink of exhaust gasses so I loaded the 23ACMOR95C (D) map (E3) reset tps and autotune took it out for a quick ride seems to pull the same (no b...

Re: Battery

The batteries on most Italian bikes are only just sized large enough to cope and as soon as they start to fail you get problems, when the bike is running it will be charging at 14.7 volts, the fuel injection etc allows for this so when the battery starts to weaken with only just over the 12 volts av...

Re: 2006 running lumpy below 2k

Have you reset the TPS after fitting the race ECU this can make it run lumpy at low revs

ECU identifying

Hi all,
A quick question, what codes or serial numbers would be printed on a 2007 corsaro veloce race ecu to show loaded map version and that it was the race unit

Re: Corsaro 1200 Year 2007 broken exhaust valve

ouch  that cylinder head looks f***** sorry you have been so unlucky.......main thing is you are ok, I’ve only seen one other bike drop a valve (Jawa speedway engine) the valve head dropped off and destroyed the head, cylinder and piston, we think it was an over temperature problem, best of l...

Re: Veloce questions

Cheers for the reply Dave H, I was a little puzzled as to why there is a swage on the end of the tube, thought there might be some sort of connection within the airbox ...........the works manual doesn't give any clear pictures of this area. ive started getting decel popping and have checked the exh...
