Hi Ian, family events have come up next weekend so I won't be able to make it. Next free weekend is April 20/21st.
How about meeting at the Owls Nest followed by a tootle over the Black Mountain pass?
Happy to go elsewhere.

Re: Welsh Section?
Brecon Classic Bike show. Sat April 6th, Brecon Market Hall LD3 9AH. 10a.m. to 4p.m. free entry. Plenty of nearby parking.
It was pretty good last year, organisers claimed over a hundred entries, mainly Brit stuff but also some interesting European bikes, Benelli, Ducati and boxer MZs

Re: Welsh Section?
Ian, Saturday 6th April is Brecon classic bike show. A couple of other Morini mates are planning to visit that week so there could be 4 (or more) Morinis here that week if you want to meet up.

Re: Led tail light
Paul Goff sells LED tailights with rear facing red and peripheral white lights which provids distinguishable brake and rear plus good number plate illumination, highly recommended.

Re: Coguaro 350 engine parts.
The possible purchase has gone quiet. The bike belongs to a friend of a friend who lives 6 hours away. He was going to send photos, but hasn't yet. Evidently he doesn't live near the bike. One day maybe!

Re: clutch spring nuts seized
WD40 isn't a very effective penetrating oil. Plus gas or loctite freeze and release are more effective. Worth reying one hf these before resorting to more brutal means. Doesn't always work, but a good start.

No personal experience of Frances and Robson, but our mutual acquaintance lemon jelly recommended them after he had some laverda work done there.

Re: Stator rewind help needed!
I have heard Robson & Francis in London recommended for dynamo rewinds and also these guys http://sahibsautoelectric.co.uk/ also in London who fixed a laverda alternator and who also do rewinds.
May be able to help.

Coguaro 350 engine parts.
Hi, I have found a 350 coguaro non runner. The info I have is bent conrod and valve embedded in piston. No other details. Probably other damage like bent pushrods to be expected. How interchangeable are engine components with other 350s and would older 350 engines drop in? Unsure if the coguaro star...

Re: NJB or YSS rear shocks
I eventually went for the NJB shocks and boy are they nice no kick up the backside going over bumps. Unfortunately they show up the front fork as being harsh but bouncy that's next job when I find a roundtuit. The original zochis will be rebuilt when I get a rebuild kit from Italy. That's good to h...

Re: Missing fork circlip dimensions
I did exactly that this morning. The other fork circlip was a tad smaller, 31.66 X 1.1mm. Managed to pick up one that fits after rummaging through a local engineers circlip box. The large circlip may have been imperial, I've already discovered BA screws on the light switch! As a bit of lateral think...

Missing fork circlip dimensions
Just changed front tyre and fork oil and the slider came off one fork leg without undoing the screw. Upon inspection I found a circlip loose in the bottom of the slider and managed to retrieve it. It appears too big for the stanchion. Does anyone know what dimensions the circlip should be? Mdina don...
