Re: Welcome new forum members - introduce yourself

Well it was an Aprilia Caponord 1200 Rally, not the most common bike especially here. Was for sale for a while. So when I got an offer I jumped. But it was fantastic. Looking to get a Triumph 900 GT soon to fill the gap. Having severe withdrawals now

Re: Welcome new forum members - introduce yourself

Back again. I was a member a few years ago when I had my Camel. I have now bought an early 75 (?) 3 1/2 Sport, wire/drum. It`s now my 5th Morini. 1st was a 125 Corsaro Special then 2 x 76, 3 1/2 Sports, the Camel and now the classic drum 3 1/2 Sport. The bad news is it is in the process of being shi...

Re: another new Sport owner 76 or 77?

Looking for info please. I am waiting for my new to me 75, double drum Sport to arrive so I cannot go into the shed to measure it. Is the double drum, early Sport fork size 32 or 35 mm ? And is it Marzocchi or Paioli ? I would like to find a Strada top clamp to fit it incase my back is not up to the...

Is there any info on how the grease nipple fits into the spline shaft when the rearsets are fitted?

Re: Spanner for metal intake manifolds

Hi Tom,
Any chance you could trace the outline of the tool onto a piece of A4 and scan a copy to me ? I`m hoping I don`t need a tool, but if I do I could make one from the drawing ?
Just in case you can, I have pm`d you my email address.
Cheers.

Ive bought an early 3 1/2 Sport !

But now the wait begins. You see I`m in Perth, West Australia and the bike is in the UK ! A little history. My first Morini was around 35 years ago. A great little 125 Corsaro Special. Then a little later a 3 1/2 wire wheel, 1 disc Sport. Years later another 3 1/2 Sport like the first. Then in 2018 ...
