I have a 240Mph speedo when changing from MPH to KPH on the 1200, as I guess you did on the Milano, can the factory change it, apparently not.
I vote for marking it up or add a GPS speedo or use a phone.

According to the article in La Strega the U has 0.8mm holes.
The CT has holes of 1.0mm at A and B

If adapting other tubes excess holes can be plugged with solder.

You can get an available spec 260 then drill out 0.8 mm holes, then ream with a 2.60 reamer to make a U pattern. Yep, no problem part 16 not required with ready shielded bearings.
