Ma experience is that starting problems begin with less than 170-180 ohm on the ignition coil/green wire. I´ve never had a coil with 300 ohm.

I measure 31,6 / 31,7 mm outer diameter

The only stuff (of all the things I´ve tested) that worked was "Restom 4030". This is not longer available The successor is Restom 4031. A friend of mine told me that it also works

With fresh oil I use the folds of my finger. If you put the mark of the stick on a fold of the finger of the other hand, you´ll see

Has anyone combined a Paioli top yoke from the first Stradas with the lower yoke of a Marzocchi fork?
I think the geometry should be the same and hence possible.

That´s true! I think the problem with sticking floats happen much more frequently with the ridges of the "new" white plastic ones

Obviously while parked at least one fuel tap was open and a float valve in one of the carbs didn´t close.
