Re: Now what?
I have not had a chance to have a proper look but it could be using a similar cam shaped roller bearing as Ducati, that only grip one way and slips the other. When I have had problems with Ducatis I have always shortened the spring which works every time, just guessing here, if anyone knows better, ...

Re: Clutch woes
frustrating yes I can imagine especially the distance and time you have travelled. A change of non fiction plate to increase the stacked height is all you need, but its trial and error. you could attempt to do it yourself or a knowleable friend etc to assist. Even if you deck height is not within sp...

Re: Clutch woes
Have a look at 114/1106 in corsaro manual. I think your problem is your deck height is to low, you will need to substitute some 1.5 mm plates for 2 mm non friction plates, assuming Ben at motohub will have done this, they are very good, perhaps he was unable to test ride it, but this is almost certa...

Re: Clutch woes
Check the corsaro manual for correct pushrod assembly, it’s in there somewhere. There is no info re the Granpasso on the Internet , but this forum has been a great help to me.

Re: Clutch woes
Hi As this is my old bike which was bought in 2015 from its second owner at 6k , I have some history with it. The clutch does have a single push rod with a combination of a ball bearing and a short push rod I think from memory. The adjustment is slightly complicated comprising of rotating the rear w...

Re: Clutch woes
ok after reading your tale of woe. just replace the friction plates, you can get some surflex plates relatively cheaply certainly cheaper than Motohubs hourly rate , I am frankly surprised they have not done it. The oil issue is a red herring don't go there, the whole job can be done in an hour and ...

Re: Coming up for Sale
Hi re Stews Gp for sale , this used to be my old bike, I owned it for four years having bought it with 6k on the clock, I looked after it very carefully and never had any issues with it, apart from the not very good standard mapping. I have seen the bike recently in Stews ownership and he has upgrad...

Re: Nothing like it since...
Our bikes have the lot, great balance at low speed, sometimes you can almost balance at lights, low curb weight, large tank. Lots of power, well designed high tensile frame and good suspension at least at the rear suspension . The engine is a masterpiece of design and in use, what more can I say, mo...

Re: Swing arm failure
Hi all After some thought and discussions with various experts in aluminium welding, it has been decided not to brace or reinforce, the welds on my swinging arm, they appear to be perfect and the chain tension issue I believe may have contributed significantly to the issue. I am right back where I w...
