Re: anyone out there

Hi
Gosh yes you are very local, if I hear of one I will let you know, motohub had 2. They are holding there value now as people have finally recognised a damn fine motorcycle at last.

Re: Veloce max power

My Gp as remapped with GPR open can and decat, big oil cooler made 127.5 hp on the motohub Dyno in May of this year, it now runs very sweetly in the lower rev range , as for hp, that was a big surprise to all of us, but personally give me a flexible engine
Everytime.

Re: GP starting problem

Check your terminals for the starter, it’s possibly a poor earth, I have heavy duty cables and an extra earth cable to the frame directly from the battery, the original goes through the loom. My views but certainly no expert, I am sure there are others more qualified. If the Ecu is getting an interm...

Re: moto Amore/Moto Hub

hi
my issue was not stepper motor, this was exhaustively researched and sent us in a wrong direction, but it can effect others and irregular ticker issues, unstable tick over etc, which I have experienced, in the past.
cheers

Re: Auxiliary Lights

Nice GP R ogri1, not seen one in the flesh, have you checked the valve clearances as the exhaust tighten up, this and lean running from the factory would ruin your low speed running.

Re: moto Amore/Moto Hub

hi
Can you send me a video of your running issues, I might be able to tell if its the same as I had experienced this is such a difficult area and impossible to get help from any other sources.

Re: moto Amore/Moto Hub

hi I feel your pain, is it stalling and not ticking over, does it die when you close the throttle. where are you based, its not that difficult a job to take the front exhaust cam off and polish the cam/crank position wheel. Motohub, did a remap after I had the cat removed, the bike has now done 3500...

Re: Rear axle nut

Hi Glad you managed to sort it, there is always a way, but these bikes are worth it. I had a similar experience with motohub, I arranged to buy a stepper motor I knew they had, I paid for it and a month later still no show, they said it had been returned to them and posted it a second time, still no...

Re: Recent trip

Hi We where up there last year, utterly beautiful country, Preston, ingleton , north York’s, Hexham , Robin Hoods Bay , Lindisfarne . I am Wirral based , so North Wales is my go to riding country, might reconsider our trip north this year and explore the north east/ Northumberland again/ border coun...

Re: Recent trip

Aye, a good route, I had limited time a long weekends run, but I think in future I will go east as the A9 has become a terrible road with campers and caravans, not a fan of either. I have opted for standard gearing 17/40 which makes it super long legged, ideal for the bigger roads, not so muck on th...

Recent trip

I took the Gp out for its first proper big ride as opposed to 250 mile days round north Wales. I had to go north to Invergordon round trip of 950 miles, sad occasion as it was a funeral, a good friend she will be missed. The Gp went really well, I put new chain and sprockets and Cush drive rubbers a...
