Re: Kanguro refresh

Well done that man :D
I had few attempts at editing the link but struggled so ended up with just the wiring diagram.
Yes that my Kanguro. All ready to go once we’re allowed.
Thanks

Re: Kanguro refresh

There was a copy of a manual for an X for sale recently on Ebay and the seller was kind enough to post photos of all the pages including the wiring diagram. So I grabbed some screen shots. I have them on Flickr so hopefully this link will work https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49842219223_a33aab4b...

Re: kangura x1 swinging arm removal

Hi Julian, Ahh well, you see, you cant rush some things. Although I've had the bike for 5 years, I only got it rideable late last year, MOT'd in November, was just about to start using it when we all got locked in. So I have only done about 30 miles on it :D :D It had been sat outside under a tarp i...

Re: kangura x1 swinging arm removal

Cant believe it was so long ago that I was struggling to get the swingarm out of my X. I ended up cutting the shaft each side of the arm, there was no way it was coming out by unscrewing it. Got a mate to weld the nut onto the left hand side, 600mm breaker bar and the frame clamped on a bed plate, o...

Re: fuse box on X3 and other questions.

Hi Steve,
Theres a copy of the owners manual for an X3 on the Danish Morini club site. Its a pdf, not brilliant quality but it does have a wiring diagram at the back which might help you. The address is -

Re: Kanguro swing arm pivot bolt removal

Hi Moriniuk, I too have an X model and have recently been throught the swing arm removal struggle. Basically the right hand side of the frame is threaded and the pivot screws out from the left hand side. Its a normal right hand thread, but if the nut on the left hand side has already come off your c...

Re: X3 Exhaust on an X?

Thanks Windy, Thats exacly the insight that I was hoping for. Actually had to cut the front header to get the nut out so thats whats really needed, but as the mufflers a little 'tired' was wondering about the full X3 system onGerman Ebay. Looking at getting stainless headers made but if that doesnt ...

X3 Exhaust on an X?

Would anyone know if it is possible to fit an X3 exhaust on an X model Kanguro? Well obviously it would be possible, so I guess the question really is how difficult it would be. I know the frames are different but the mounting point for the mufflers looks like it could be adapted to pick up an exist...

Re: kangura x1 swinging arm removal

Hi dbd32, I've just aquired an X model which Im stripping for a fettle and repaint of the frame and swingarm. It looks to have same frame and swing arm as your X1 and also benefits from a seized spindle! The left hand nut came off but was very stiff all the way, I assumed it was a damaged thread but...
