Thank you for all the suggestions. I will take the clutch out and look if it is somehow worn out. If there is no big damage, I will soak the plates in diesel overnight, as this helped some people. If problem persists, I will try to find stronger springs. And the kit from factory is still last resort...

The second click could be switching the lights off. If you turn the ignition the lights turn on and if you dont start the engine, they will turn off again. I am not sure if this is 6 or 9 seconds, but it should be something like that.
